Tell us what happened, your iPhone model, iOS version and Roll version. Include an error code if you see one. Please don't send scripts, videos, audio or screenshots containing them.

Getting started

Roll needs an iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Create a script or import a text or Markdown file, then tap Present.

• Manual: move the script yourself.
• Speed: scroll at a steady pace.
• Follow: scroll with your voice. Try it during onboarding; continued use requires Pro.

Voice Follow isn't moving

• Match the recognition language to the language you're speaking.
• Allow microphone and speech access in iOS Settings.
• Connect to the internet if a language download is needed.
• Check your microphone and try speaking in a quieter place.

You can use Manual or Speed while troubleshooting.

A recording didn't save

Open Pending Recordings in the library. Retry saving or rescue the file to Files. Check free storage and Photos permission.

Don't delete or reinstall Roll while it holds a take you need. An interrupted recording may be incomplete.

Pro isn't working

Connect to the internet and choose Settings → Restore Purchases. Some beta screens call Pro Telepromptami Pro. When Pro is active, tap the Pro row to manage it.

TestFlight purchases are free test transactions. They can expire quickly and don't guarantee free access after launch. Deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Can I use it offline?

Scripts, recordings and voice recognition work on your device. Initial language downloads and purchase checks need internet. Offline Pro access depends on the subscription status already saved by the app.

Privacy

We don't collect or sell your scripts, video or audio. Voice recognition runs on your iPhone. Read the privacy policy.
