Roll Teleprompter — Privacy Policy

Your content stays yours

• We do not collect or sell your scripts, videos or audio. Roll does not upload them to us or to analytics services.
• Voice recognition runs on your iPhone. Your speech and transcripts are processed on the device, not on our servers.
• We do not use your content to train AI models or target ads.
• You control your files. Scripts stay in the app. Recordings stay on your device or are saved to Photos.

Roll has no account or cloud-sync service. Your Apple settings may separately back up files or sync Photos with iCloud. Files you export are handled by the destination you choose. Voice Follow may need an initial language download.

Information used to run Roll

Subscriptions. Apple handles payments; we never receive your card details. RevenueCat processes purchase history, Pro access and a generated app identifier to unlock features, restore purchases and provide subscription reports. Roll does not send RevenueCat your name, email, scripts or recordings. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.

Beta testing. TestFlight automatically shares crash reports and basic app, device and usage information with us. Feedback you send may include contact details or attachments. We use this to fix problems and do not share TestFlight data with third parties. Roll has no extra analytics service, advertising trackers or screen replay. See Apple's TestFlight privacy notice.

Support. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. Please describe the problem without sending scripts, audio, video or screenshots containing them. If you accidentally send such content, we remove copies under our control once identified. Apple and your email provider control their own copies.

Keeping and deleting information

You can delete scripts and manage recordings yourself. Deleting Roll may remove unsaved takes; files saved to Photos or exported elsewhere are managed separately.

We keep purchase records as needed to provide access, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We delete or remove identifying details from support messages and feedback copies within 12 months after an issue is resolved, unless an ongoing request, investigation or legal obligation requires longer. Apple sets retention for its TestFlight service.

Your privacy choices

You control camera, microphone, speech and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Roll uses device motion locally for its horizon indicator. We do not sell personal information.

Email apps@oradecima.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold. Depending on applicable law, you can also request a portable copy, limit or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your data-protection authority. We may need information to find your records, but never your Apple password.

Who is responsible

Under European data-protection law, we process information to provide the service you request, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests in reliability, security and subscription performance. Where consent applies, you can withdraw it.

Apple, RevenueCat and our email provider may process information outside your country. European transfers require safeguards such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. See RevenueCat's data-processing terms, or contact us about the safeguards that apply.

This policy covers Roll and its support. The website and newsletter have a separate oradecima privacy policy. We will update this policy when needed and communicate significant changes through the app or beta notices.
